What is your payment policy? Do we have to pay in full at the time of booking?
Bookings are paid in advance. Please be ready with your credit /debit card or Paypal account when you are making your booking.
What are your hours? What is your season?
Our activities are available the whole year. Our business hours are 08:30-18:00
What do I wear on a trip aboard the catamaran?
Wear comfortable clothes like t-shirts and shorts or beach wear. Don’t forget your sunglasses and your swimsuit if you plan on tanning or snorkeling. And remember to bring biodegradable sunscreen and a towel.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, boat excursions will be cancelled when the Port Authority deems sea conditions unsafe. You will be notified via email if or when such a cancellation happens. – In the event of a medical emergency, you may reschedule or cancel (with full refund) if you provide a valid medical certificate. – Cancellation should be done within 24 hour in order to get full refund.
Can you accommodate very large groups? What's the max number that can go out at once?
For our Marinarium Snorkeling Cruise we have 3 double-decker catamarans with a maximum of 100 passengers each. For Happy Hour Sailing Cruise we have 3 sailing boats with 55 passengers each. At Reef Explorer the maximum capacity of the platform is 100 people. And at Xploration Animal Encounters we have 2 panoramic buses for 50 passengers each, so the maximum capacity will be 100 customers.
How do we get from the hotel to the excursion?
Our clients will be picked up at the resort and transported in comfortable buses to our facilities. The transportation is included.
Can I bring alcohol?
For safety reasons some of the excursions include alcoholic drinks and other don’t. Please don’t bring alcohol. For those activities where you are allowed to drink it is not necessary to bring any alcoholics beverages as they are already included.
